Also, you can do a subscription on Amazon so you never forget to buy them!

I made the mistake my first pregnancy of buying new bras each time my boobs changed, so now I have bras in every single size. Instead, grab these ultra-comfy stretchy bras that are easy to wear on your sore nipples and boobs and grow with your growing bust.

Snacks | Although you might have no appetite and be feeling so sick, try to eat a little bit. Baby doesn’t need extra calories and isn’t taking too much from your nutrition supply yet, so don’t worry about what you’re eating (obviously not drinking or smoking!!). Stick to easy foods like saltines, toast, noodles or whatever else you can manage.
